1. Introduction
Welcome to Six2Fit! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Six2Fit (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”) on our website, mobile app, or any other platform where our services are offered. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of our services.
3. Services
Six2Fit provides a range of fitness and nutrition services, including but not limited to personalized diet and exercise programs, sports products, and online/offline training courses. Our services are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information promptly if it changes.
5. Payments and Refunds
● Payment for our services may be required before access is granted. Refunds may be provided according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our prices and payment terms at any time without prior notice.
● Upon receipt of your personalized plan, you have a 4-day evaluation period during which you may opt out of the program and request a refund. It is important to note that Six2Fit reserves the right to thoroughly review all refund requests to ensure the validity of the user’s concerns before granting any refunds.
● In addition to the aforementioned terms, customers enrolled in the GlutesLab Online Program reserve the right to cancel their participation in the program within 1 day after attending their first online class. Any cancellation requests beyond this timeframe will be subject to the standard cancellation policy outlined herein.
6. User Responsibilities
● By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree that sharing your account credentials or any content provided as part of our services with any third party is strictly prohibited. Violation of this term may result in the immediate termination of your plans without any entitlement to refunds.
● You hereby accept full responsibility for the accurate completion of your personalized form, which serves as the foundational basis for the creation of your tailored plans. Any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided on your form shall be solely your responsibility.
● Upon submission of your form, it is understood and acknowledged that the process of customizing your personalized plan may necessitate a period of up to 10 business days. Six2Fit reserves the exclusive right to meticulously formulate your plan to meet your individual needs and preferences within this stipulated time frame. Upon completion, our dedicated support team will expeditiously notify you of the plan’s readiness for review and implementation.
● Upon receipt of your personalized plan, you are granted a 72-hour grace period to thoroughly examine its contents and submit any additional adjustment requests to ensure alignment with your objectives and preferences. It is expressly noted that Six2Fit reserves the right to reject any modification requests submitted after the expiration of the grace period. Furthermore, within this 72-hour timeframe, users are entitled to a maximum of 5 modification requests to guarantee the suitability of their plan to their specific needs and requirements.
● You acknowledge and agree that Six2Fit assumes no responsibility for any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions experienced by users. It is incumbent upon you to disclose all pertinent information, including but not limited to food allergies, injuries, and chronic conditions, on your personalized form for the purpose of accurate evaluation and program customization.
● Pregnant women and nursing women are explicitly prohibited from utilizing Six2Fit services.
● Children under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited from availing themselves of Six2Fit services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided as part of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any of our content without the prior written consent of the Company.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the content provided, any loss or damage to property, any injury or harm to persons, or any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
